Initial Setup and Push of Project Repository

This merge request includes the initial setup and the first push of the project repository to the GitLab server. The following changes have been made:

Created a new Git repository named my-test-project-sz2-latheef. Connected the local repository to the remote repository on GitLab. Added a README.md file to provide an overview of the project. Related Issues: N/A

Testing: The repository has been tested by successfully pushing changes to the remote repository and confirming that the README.md file is visible on GitLab.

Additional Context: This merge request marks the beginning of our project development using Git for version control. Future commits will include additional features and improvements as the project progresses.
