Added difficulty settings module and fixed some bugs i can across during testing to do with the resources depleting at unexpected intervals. Performed integration check. Some stuff in regards to difficulty may get moved to a text file once I reach there, I am yet to decide on that. There is now also a win condition made up. So far all the flesh of the game is developed
