Prototype: Analysis Page

Create a prototype page for the panel analysis. Just hard code in a chart for now, the real figures can be input after the submission date.

Managed to make the page with an initially hard coded graph. The reason for this is just to provide a representation of how the final page will look. After the hand in, I will look at setting the values dynamically based on the results of the backend calculations.
