To run the code download and run the application.java and it should run a localhost server. Once ran you log in, go to the tasklist and run the process leaving the business key empty.

WebPortal submission process.

This can be accessed using the url "http://localhost:8080/camunda/app/welcome/default/#!/welcome" and using the login details demo for user and demo for password to access the cockpit. EndUsers and admin will have dedicated logins for example email: admin@admin.com password: admin.

Email Submission process

An email must be sent to the email address: user.ticketing.systemg2@gmail.com. The subject of the mail will be parsed into the system as the issue topic and the body of the email will parse the respective information using the following format:

Ticketing-System Email

You need to CRTL + F and locate anywhere on a few files that has the email " " replacing it and its apppassword directly below it. You can replace with any designated email the system wants as long as its gmail and its apppassword can be located here https://myaccount.google.com/apppasswords.
